At workshop open source and design of communication (OSDOC2011), researchers and practitioners will exchange information in areas relevant to the design of communication, processes, methods, and technologies for communicating and designing communication artifacts such as printed documents,online text, and hypermedia applications.

Submission

Workshop, will emphasize the following subjects (but not exclusively):

- open source and technical writing
- open source and creative commons
- open source editing tools
- open source and games
- open source and HCI
- ERP Open Source
- open source and organizational systems

Important Dates:

- Paper submission: 30th May, 2011
- Author notification: 17th June, 2011
- Camera ready: 21th June, 2011
- Workshop Date: 11th July,2011

Submission system and format
OSDOC 2010 will include technical papers, experience reports and posters. Authors should submit complete drafts of all type of submissions for review by the program committee.

The ACM paper format (http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/pubform.doc) must be followed. Aditional inforamtion in ACM SIG Proceedings Templates (http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates) To submit a paper, experience report or poster proposal for review, use the submission platform (http://eurosigdoc.acm.org/osdoc2011/submit.php) or carlos.costa at acm.org mail with the following subject:"OSDOC2011 - Paper".
